QUALITY METHOD

Quality method in Belupo is focused on reliable, quality products, as well as in the pharmaceutical area.
We achieve that by verified and effective business process, beginning with the development of product, quality and storing control and delivery of ready products and systematic observation of complaints.

We constantly develop business process, which is the result of co-ordinated activities of various departments. We are aware that the success of business processes and the quality of our medicine products are mostly the result of qualified personnel and of common endeavour of all the employees in the maintaining of working duties and tasks. We pay an extreme attention to the constant education of personnel in all work areas.

We base the system of quality on solid production praxis in accordance with Croatian and American legal system, taking into consideration our own experience and the experience of our licence partners.

In the period from 1999. till 2001. The Ministry of Health and Social Welfare of thr Republic of Croatia has controlled Belupo quality system, by the members of the Pharmaceutical Inspection Convention (PIC) and by licence partners.

We have met the terms of all conditions foreseen for pharmaceutical industry and have obtained the licence for further work.

QUALITY CONTROL

The control of quality within Belupo embraces the control of quality of all incoming raw materials and other material, the following of all production phases and the complete analysis of all final products.

All raw material – active and inactive – as well as packaging material are obtained by authenticated and certificate suppliers and are tested according to the most rigid Pharmacopoeia demands.

All incoming materials must satisfy the prescribed quality demands considering technological and chemical parameters, as well as the microbiology quality demand.

The testing is being done according to the prescribed, valid analytic procedure in highly equipped laboratories – settled and organised according to the demands of good laboratory practice. We pay a great attention to the expert education of all our workers.

In all the phases of production and packaging we additionally secure constant high quality of the final product by controlling the process. The system of conduct and surveillance of hygiene of working area, as well as the hygienic measures prevent the possibility of microbiological contamination of product in all production phases.

Each series of the finalised product is being controlled according to the standards of each market and is being followed by a certificate that certifies that it is being produced, equipped and analysed according to the prescription in the registered documentation. All finalised products are being stored and distributed according to the strict prescribed conditions.

We can guarantee that each Belupo product is always of the same, top quality by applying the mentioned system of quality security.
