Belupo's strategic goal is development of new products and an increase in the export share. Belupo’s vision is to become one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in Central and Eastern Europe.

Beside Croatia, Belupo is present in the markets of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Slovakia, Check Republic, Russia, Romania and Kosovo. Belupo has opened branch offices in Slovenia, Slovakia and Macedonia. Naturally, Croatia is Belupo’s largest market with 60 % of sales realized on the domestic level, however the company wants to expand its export markets beyond current 40%.
